THE TEAM

Cass Spong

Cass Spong has two decades of international consulting experience and in 2012 founded ENTHEOS Consulting, a Systems based organisational development consultancy which has partnered with large private corporates, public sector, universities and not- for-profit organisations.

Cass is passionate about partnering with leaders, organisations and teams to cultivate more effective, sustainable and inspiring workplaces that achieve financial and performance success; and employee personal engagement, fulfilment and wellbeing.

Her diverse and extensive career has ranged from operational management, to “Big 4” consulting engagements across the suite of HR, Organisational Development and Transformation.

 

Carol Morley

Carol Morley is a senior change and transformation leader with over two decades experience partnering with C-suite business leaders across sectors (Technology, Entertainment, Tertiary Education, Retail, Financial Services, and Aerospace) and sites (Australia, UK and USA).

Carol draws from her expertise in strategic HR business partnering, program management, business performance improvement, organisational design, and change consulting to build relationships and co-create solutions with clients and team members.

As a trusted advisor and creative systems thinker, she looks for root causes rather than symptoms, while also injecting a sense of fun into operational excellence, strategic planning and initiative delivery.
