Katie O'Keeffe
SENIOR ADVISOR LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE
Designing and leading transformational leadership programsI help people be great. That can be people as individuals and helping them to be and feel great, everyday. That can be people in the context of teams, helping teams understand what makes a great team and how to be a great team. And that can be people in the context of the organisation as a system, helping the organisation create the conditions that support people to be great.
I have come to this point from a background as an elite triathlete. I loved the challenge and satisfaction that came with pursuing mastery across three disciplines. Towards the end of my sporting career, I started coaching and discovered that being at my best meant helping others to be their best. When I shifted my focus towards organisational life, I realised the lasting and extended impact developing leaders and teams can have.
I have recently established Structured Creative as a Co-Founder after an extensive career with Deloitte Consulting and as a Partner with Grant Thornton.
