Course Overview
Participants will learn how to navigate complex challenges and drive effective organisational change. Grounded in theory and practical application, this course offers a comprehensive exploration of systems dynamics, interconnectedness, and holistic problem-solving approaches.

This workshop can be delivered on-line or in-person and depending on the team and organisational context and focus areas, it can be delivered as a half-day, full-day or two-day workshop.
Individual modules can also be delivered in 2-hr workshops.
Additional reading and reflection activities are provided to support the team in their learning and application.

LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is an inclusive methodology designed for adults. It actively engages every participant, catering to all learning types–visual, auditory & kinesthetic, enabling everyone to contribute!
LSP is a facilitated process encouraging dialogue and reflection, helping reveal the system to itself, surfacing collective wisdom to create alignment, solve problems, improve decision making, support organisational change and much more!
Using the bricks as a medium to represent and express complex ideas through storytelling and metaphor. The process unleashes creativity, new mindsets and ways of thinking, seeing and sensing in a way that is both; easeful and fun, whilst being serious and powerfully insightful.
